Why this shop reads like an instrument manual

The page behaves like a specification sheet rather than a display. One dark ground holds the leaf and everything else is annotation: a leader line that touches the exact part of the pile being described, a coordinate block, a moisture figure, a lot number. Chinese tea already travels with that paperwork — grade, county, pick date, number of roast passes — so the technical frame is not a costume, it is the tea's own documentation printed larger. Mono type earns its place here because it aligns in columns, which lets two teas be compared line by line instead of adjective by adjective. The wireframe diagram and the thermal square are the single liberty taken: they read as instrument output and keep the eye moving without one decorative flourish.
