A diagram assumes the reader wants to take the object apart, and tea is one of the few products where that assumption is correct: leaf shape, twist, edge colour and moisture are what buyers actually argue about. Setting almost everything in one monospaced face at one small size means no line is more persuasive than another — the parameter log and the origin sit at the same weight. Orange is reserved for identifiers, so codes, coordinates and module names are the only things that pull the eye. The dashed seams are not ornament: they mark where one piece of leaf ends and the next begins, which is a real question in pressed and clumped teas. Contour maps and elevation figures are included because altitude belongs on the sheet as much as brew time does. The result looks cold, and that is the honest register for a page that is measuring rather than selling.
